Tourist Tax Portugal – The Algarve

The Above Prices do not Include Tourist Tax which is 2 euros per night per person & will be charged at your hotel upon  Check In

Tourist tax was introduced in The Algarve in March 2024.

All bookings March onwards will be charged on check in to your hotel

The fee is €2 per person per night from March to October & €1 per person per night from November to end of Feb (Low Season)  up to a maximum of €14 (or 7 nights).

It  applies to people 13 years or older. This means that if a couple stays for a week can expect to pay €28 in tourist tax. A single person staying a week would pay €14.
